Strive Core Habits
Strive Habits is all about building habits that we believe are fundamental to personal growth. We encourage our students and mentors to take on the challenge when they feel ready.
The challenge is currently facilitated by a calendar and can be done in 15, 30 or 60 days depending on the individual's goals. The Challenge consists of the following:
- 30 min. workout (walk, yoga, gym, etc.)
- 3 min. intentional silence (disconnect and reset)
- 10 min. reading
- 1 daily reflection journal entry
- 1 act of Kindness
- 2 liters of water -
Tito's Way Scholarship
In honor of CPT Lyone “Tito” Velez Segarra, you can donate towards funding “Tito’s Way,” a non-profit scholarship fund facilitated through Strive Now a West Point classmate’s foundation, that will provide opportunities to young, up-and-coming high school-aged leaders in the El Paso area.
In 2024 we will offer two $1000 scholarships open to all El Paso students. Winners will be announced at our Wellness Expo.
Tito had a passion for self-improvement and was known for his high integrity and character. We are honored to celebrate his name in this way, Tito’s Way.

Community
At Strive, we believe that purpose is ignited by discovering one's passion(s). We have found that passion often emerges when individuals immerse themselves in the service of others.
At Strive, we are passionate about community involvement and empowering our students to realize the difference they can make with their time and a willing heart.
Community Service opportunities are open to all El Paso - Cd Juarez area high school students.
