The Collaborative HQ
Each month, Strive Now hosts an engaging event for students in grades 8–12, designed to inspire purpose and build a strong sense of community. These gatherings combine interactive workshops, fun activities, and meaningful discussions led by dynamic guest speakers. Students explore our core values—diligence, authenticity, integrity, confidence, and community—while participating in mentorship opportunities and discovering practical ways to rise above challenges. With a blend of joy, learning, and connection, these events empower youth to find purpose every day and take steps toward lasting success in college, career, and life.
The Collaborative ASP
Strive Now’s after-school program empowers students to rise above challenges and discover purpose every day through engaging activities, leadership development, and meaningful mentorship. Our program focuses on instilling strong values, fostering a growth mindset, and preparing youth for college and career success. Participants engage in workshops, team-building exercises, and fun community-centered events that promote diligence, authenticity, integrity, confidence, and connection. Strive for Community
We believe that purpose is ignited by discovering one's passion(s). We have found that passion often emerges when individuals immerse themselves in the service of others.At Strive, we are passionate about community involvement and empowering our students to realize the difference they can make with their time and a willing heart. Community service opportunities are open to all El Paso-Cd Juarez area high school students.
The Collaborative for Church Youth
Strive Now partners with church youth groups to create a more holistic approach to development, combining spiritual growth with practical life skills. Our program balances building good habits, fostering strong community ties, and equipping youth with career readiness tools. Together, we empower young people to find purpose, develop a growth mindset, and achieve lasting success in every area of life.
